Cross Train Your Skin?

Just as you exercise your body–cardio one day, weights the next, and just as you choose a variety of healthy food---your skin needs to switch-up ingredients to boost effectiveness.

We call this “Cross Training Your Skin”—an approach developed by dermatologist Dr. Barney Kenet. A combination of the right ingredients used intelligently works best, according to Dr. Kenet.

Cross Training Your Skin avoids the risk of irritated skin and breakouts from using too many products in the wrong way or others that just don’t work.

Dr. Kenet's Take

“More is not always better. Using the same product every day causes ingredient fatigue and non-compliance. Our Cross Train philosophy & Weekly Way products keep you on target. It’s like having a skin coach in your medicine cabinet.”

- Dr. Barney Kenet

Beautiful Skin Starts Here

Cross Training focuses on the days of the week

Using active ingredients like Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Retinol and Physical Exfoliators on Mon/Wed/Fri, and restorative products like Aloe Vera and soothing Botanicals on the alternate days. Sundays are reserved for high intensity once-a-week treatments like our Sunday Scrub and Sunday Mud Masque.

You don’t have to think too hard about which product to use when. It’s right there on the bottle. After two weeks of consistent usage, you’ll notice a change for the better.
