When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories.) to help ensure they make it to you as quickly as possible. Please note processing time can be delayed if products are
Shipping times may vary contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Priority Mail
1 to 3 Business Days— $7.37
Priority Mail Express
Next to 2-Business Days— $23.75
We try to ship all items in one package to lower shipping costs and reduce carbon waste.
Do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $90 (before taxes).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail but you will be given a choice of Priority Express shipping for an additional fee.
Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Additional time is needed to process and package your order before the package ships. Choosing Priority Express does not guarantee your order will be delivered the day after you place your order.
Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States but stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What should I do if a product was damaged in shipping?
We’re so sorry to hear an item was damaged! Please contact customerservice@kenetmd.com after receiving a damaged shipment and our Customer Service Team will be more than happy to help you.
What happens if one of my items is on backorder?
In the event of delays or backorders, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder (and we will notify you when the product is back in stock and will be shipped) OR you can cancel your order and receive a refund.
KenetMD makes every effort to ensure that we have the product you want, but shortages of specific ingredients and supply chain disruptions may slow down the process.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges, but we will be happy to accept unused products for return within 30 days of purchase. For any additional questions, please contact customerservice@kenetmd.com and our Customer Service Team will be more than happy to help you.
Can I return a product?
‘Love It or Return It’
We are sorry that your product didn't work for you. To initiate a return, please reach out to customerservice@kenetmd.com with a description of the problem, within 30 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will advise you of the return process based on your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, at the original purchase price. We cannot refund shipping fees, nor orders received in excess of 30 days.
Returns will only be accepted on products purchased from kenetmd.com only. Products purchased from any of our partners should be returned to the place of purchase.

Are Your Products Cruelty Free?
Yes! We are proud that many of our products are Leaping Bunny Certified and all our other products are cruelty free. We assure our customers that animal tests are neither conducted nor commissioned for our products, formulations, or ingredients. Check our easy-to-read detail badges on each product page.

How long does my skincare last before expiring?
All skincare products are labeled with an expiration date for 12 or 24 months.
